Across the country grassroots organizations of the poor are coming together to lift up our voices and demand the Right to Health! Poverty has become one of the top 4 leading causes of death in the United States. People are dying from homelessness, from preventable chronic illnesses, and suffering from hunger, low-wages and threat of eviction. We often are forced to make terrible trade offs between having enough money for rent or medications or food. We are coming together through the Non-Violent Medicaid Army (NVMA) to demand our Right to Health!

Join the United Workers Central West regional Committee for a speak-out during the NVMA week of action.

Friday September 27th from 11AM-1pm @ the old Potter's Field @ Landon Burns Park located across from the hospital - corner of Gist Rd. and S. Center St. in Westminster.

Come and share your story and hear from others includng songs and poetry. We will not be silent anymore.
